With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, he has demonstrated success in executive management, sales, product innovation, and operations. The breadth of his experience includes nearly every facet of the banking industry including title, data and analytics, appraisal management and valuation technologies.
Mr. Guebert is a senior financial executive with over 35 years of experience managing businesses in a variety of industries. His career has included leadership roles in financial reporting, capital markets and risk management in public and private companies in Canada, the US and internationally. Mr. Guebert holds a B.Comm from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Certified Professional Accountant (CA-Alberta) and a Certified Public Accountant (Pennsylvania).
Mr. Durbin has over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation and related product development. He is a Co-founder of Valuation Vision and Co-inventor of the innovative technology and methods that power BPOMerge and MVPro. Mr. Durbin acted as CEO of LiveValuation LLC. as well as publisher of Live Valuation Magazine. Currently Mr. Durbin serves as a Board Member of The Appraisal Practices Board of the Appraisal Foundation and a representative to the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) of the Appraisal Foundation.
Mr. Mohler has over 20 years of experience in the technology and data industry including various marketing and product positions within the real estate and mortgage industries. Mr Mohler is a co-founder of Valuation Vision, and currently manages V2 products and technologies. He was instrumental in the strategic planning and marketing of Freddie Mac’s HVE, DataQuick ProspectFinder, and Hanley Wood Builder’s InfoTools.
Ms. James boasts extensive experience in business operations, human resources, G&A expense management and the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure revenue growth. She is a co-Founder of Valuation Vision, and was a senior executive for Nations Valuation Services and AppraiserLoft. Her extensive experience in managing valuation operations, product development, project management, and financial management are critical components to Clarocity’s success.
Mr. Boyle is the founding partner of Boyle & Co. LLP, where he practices exclusively in the area of securities law. Mr. Boyle obtained a B.A. from York University (1981), attended University of Windsor Law School, in 1985 and was called to the bar in Ontario, Canada in April, 1987. In 1998 Mr. Boyle received his L.L.M. in Securities Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Mr. Galle enjoys a career in digital technology innovation in global travel and logistics. His accomplishments include implementing the first deregulated airline service in Europe with Transavia; spinning off Royal Nedlloyd’s worldwide corporate data network to KPN, an industry first at the time, pioneering the first intermodal global shipment tracking system using the Internet architecture in a joint venture with AMR and CSX; introducing and perfecting the early SaaS model in logistics software first as a startup CEO, and after the acquisition by Descartes Systems Group, as its COO; implementing one of the first 400 channel live TV operating systems on the streaming Internet as COO with JumpTV, and deploying early traffic technology in Canada’s Rogers mobile network with Intellione. Willem’s current work includes guiding the rapid growth of a hotel capacity-exchange at Seekda as well as a nationwide local food online marketplace at Local Line. In addition to his work in technology, Willem founded Blueforest Ventures, active in distressed land reuse projects and greenhouse development in New York, Ohio, Ontario and the Netherlands. He is also an Advisor to the McMichael Museum of Canadian Art. Willem has Bachelors degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration. He is a citizen of the Netherlands and lives in Waterloo, ON.
Mr. Andri has a 20-year track record of consistently delivering exceptional results, building high performance teams and creating winning cultures. He brings a unique blend of North American sales, marketing and operational B2B and B2C experience in the Technology, Telecom, Consumer Products, Retail, Drug and Food sectors. Currently, Mr. Andri is Vice President Small Business at Bell Canada where he leads sales and distribution in the Small Business segment. Additionally, he supports sales and delivery nationally of a growing portfolio in Bell’s Contracted TV portfolio. Mr. Andri was formerly, Managing Director and President of Avaya Canada where he led a very successful transformation of Avaya’s business in Canada, resulting in the company’s first year of growth since acquiring the Nortel Enterprise assets in 2010. Prior to joining Avaya, he was Senior Vice President at Primus Telecommunications, Vice President at TELUS, Vice President at Koodo Mobile, and has held senior leadership roles at Virgin Mobile, Philips Consumer Products and GE. Mr. Andri has served as a member of the board of directors of UpSnap Inc. since February 2014, Clarocity Corporation since January 2016 and Apivio Systems Inc since April 2016. Also, he holds an MBA from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
Mr. Gloer joined IOU Central Inc. (a subsidiary of IOU Financial, Inc) in December 2008, where he serves as President and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to IOU Financial Inc., Mr. Gloer worked at First Franklin Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, serving as Underwriting Manager, Operations Manager, VP Branch Manager, SVP East Region, and Director of East Coast, respectfully. In addition, Mr. Gloer was SVP of Loan Administration for Credit Depot, where he was responsible for Investor Relations, Secondary Marketing, and Underwriting. Mr. Gloer also worked for Equicredit Corp, a Nations Bank Company.
Russell Bruemmer joined Wilmerhale in 1981 after serving as Chief Counsel - Congressional Affairs for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He became a partner in 1985. Mr. Bruemmer served as General Counsel of the CIA from 1987 to 1990, when he returned to the firm. His practice focused primarily on financial services institutions, including the negotiation and documentation of acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and financing transactions; resolving enforcement actions and conducting internal investigations; and on corporate governance and corporate structuring matters in a variety of industries. Mr. Bruemmer served as a senior counsel in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, its Corporate Transaction Group and its Defense and National Security Group. Mr. Bruemmer retired in 2015.
Mr. Tillema has been involved in the real estate/finance industry since 1972. His education includes a Bachelor's of Finance from Indiana University, a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University - Indianapolis. His background includes leasing and management with a Chicago-based, regional, shopping center owner; mortgage banking (origination, underwriting, secondary marketing & management), title company (co-owner); property management, real estate development (residential condominiums); investment, and consulting and appraising (residential, commercial, easements and diminutive damages).
